Individuals & Families
The process before the product.
Integritas helps individuals and families design insurance planning around the life they are actually building. That may mean creating a long-term capital system, protecting income, preparing for care, building for children, or coordinating a legacy across generations.
The work begins with understanding what needs to be built, protected, or transferred. The insurance comes after that.
How We Work
A consultative insurance-planning relationship.
Integritas works with individuals and families through education, policy design, implementation, and ongoing insurance-related service.
This is not a quote shop, comparison engine, or one-time transaction that ends when a policy is issued.
We begin with the client’s objectives, financial capacity, insurance needs, and long-term priorities, then design the insurance strategy around those facts.
Education before illustration. Design before premium.
The Infinite Banking Concept®
The banking function already exists.
The question is how intentionally
it is being managed.
The Infinite Banking Concept® is a long-term process for building and using capital with greater control.
When appropriate, that process may be implemented through a carefully designed participating whole life policy structured around capitalization, liquidity, policy-loan access, protection, and long-term use.
The policy is the vehicle. The process is the strategy.
Capitalize
Build capital intentionally.
Use sustainable premium capacity to establish a permanent pool of policy value over time.
Access
Create another source of liquidity.
Policy value may provide collateral for policy loans and another way to access capital without liquidating the contract.
Replenish
Treat financing as a repeatable process.
Use disciplined repayment and long-range thinking so the system can support more than a single transaction.
Readiness Before Implementation
The right long-term strategy does not always
begin with a permanent policy today.
Sometimes the financial surplus is not there yet.
Sometimes liquidity should be strengthened first.
Sometimes health, underwriting, or the timing of permanent coverage changes the sequence.
In those cases, the responsible answer may be preparation, temporary protection, or a convertible-term bridge rather than forcing a permanent design too early.
The goal is to begin correctly, not simply to begin quickly.
Protecting the Household
The plan depends on more than the assets.
It depends on the income and
people behind them.
A family can build intelligently and still be financially vulnerable if income disappears or a care need forces the rest of the plan to become emergency funding.
Disability Income Planning
Protect the income the rest of the plan depends on.
For many families, future earning capacity may be one of the largest economic assets they have. Disability income planning helps protect the cash flow supporting housing, savings, insurance, retirement, and long-term goals.
Long-Term Care Planning
Plan for care before care starts making the decisions.
Long-term care planning is about preserving independence, protecting the healthy spouse, reducing family burden, and keeping a future care need from consuming assets intended for the rest of the financial plan.
Protection planning keeps the larger strategy from becoming the emergency fund.
The Next Generation
Some planning decisions are
measured in decades, not years.
A youth whole life policy can begin as something a parent or grandparent builds for a child and eventually become part of that child’s own financial foundation.
Time can support permanent insurance, long-term cash-value development, future liquidity, education, first-home opportunities, and eventually a broader family-capital strategy.
The objective is not simply to insure childhood. It is to build something the next generation may eventually understand, own, and continue.
Building Family Legacy
Leaving assets is different from
preparing a family to steward them.
A family legacy is not simply the transfer of money.
It can also include values, decision-making, governance, education, family history, stewardship, and a framework for how future generations should think about the capital they receive.
Values
What does the family want its capital to represent?
Stewardship
What responsibilities should come with access?
Governance
How should major family decisions be made?
Education
How should the next generation be prepared before greater responsibility arrives?
Explore Legacy & Family Governance
The goal is not merely to leave wealth behind. It is to prepare the family that will receive it.
Estate Strategy
The right rooms need to talk to each other.
Trusts, entities, life insurance, asset protection, business ownership, taxes, family governance, and succession may all affect the same estate strategy.
Integritas is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. We help families clarify the planning objective, design the insurance component, and coordinate with qualified attorneys, tax professionals, trustees, accountants, and other specialists who can build and implement the legal and tax structures.
The goal is not one professional pretending to do everything. It is the right professionals working from the same plan.
One Planning Architecture
The family does not experience
these risks one product at a time.
Capital, income, care, children, estate structure, insurance, and legacy all exist inside the same financial life. The planning should recognize that.
Capital system
The Infinite Banking Concept®
A long-term process for building and using capital with greater control.
Path Toward Infinite Banking
Preparation when surplus, liquidity, health, or timing means a permanent design should wait.
The next generation
Youth & Children’s Whole Life
A policy that can begin as a gift and grow into the child’s own financial foundation.
Legacy & Family Governance
Preparing the family that will receive capital, not only transferring the capital itself.
Coordination
Estate Strategy & Coordination
Insurance designed to work with counsel, tax professionals, and the rest of the estate plan.
Household protection
Disability Income Planning
Protecting the earning capacity the rest of the plan depends on.
Long-Term Care Planning
Planning for care before a care need consumes the rest of the financial plan.
Strategy Before Product
One financial life. Several planning needs.
One coordinated insurance strategy.
Integritas does not begin with the assumption that every client needs the same policy, the same premium, or the same sequence.
We begin with what the client is trying to build, what could interrupt it, what should be protected, and what should eventually transfer to the next generation.
Then we determine where insurance belongs.
The product should fit the life. The life should not be forced to fit the product.
Start with what you are
trying to build.
Whether the priority is building capital, preparing for it, protecting income, planning for care, creating a foundation for children, or coordinating a family legacy, the work begins with understanding first.
Then the strategy, policy design, and professional coordination can be built around the life they are meant to support.
