Integritas Financial Group

Built so independence
can actually mean independence.

Integritas was created around a simple belief: independent agents and agencies should be able to build businesses they actually own, pursue the goals they choose, and access serious infrastructure without surrendering the identity, relationships, and control that made independence worth pursuing in the first place.

We provide support behind the business. We are not trying to become the business.

Why Integritas Exists

Independence should not require choosing
between infrastructure and ownership.

Independent producers and agency owners are often asked to make an uncomfortable tradeoff: build every operational capability themselves or accept infrastructure that comes with more control, dependence, or restriction than they originally wanted.

Integritas exists to create another path.

Independence with infrastructure.

We help support licensing, contracting, case strategy, policy design, underwriting, servicing, technology, operations, training, compliance, and other agency needs so the business owner can spend more time building the company they intended to own.

You should not have to build every department to own the company.

Real Independence

Independence should not disappear when
an independent business makes a decision
we would not have made for it.

It is easy to support independence when production is strong, goals are aligned, and everyone wants the same thing. The real test is whether ownership, contractual rights, professional dignity, and agency identity are still respected when the agency chooses a different direction.

Ownership

The agency should remain economically and operationally meaningful to the people who built it.

Agency identity, customer-facing brand, client relationships, contractual book interests, renewals, and servicing rights should be defined clearly in the actual relationship, subject to agreements, carrier requirements, and regulation.

Direction

The agency decides what it wants to build.

Integritas can provide support, strategy, training, resources, and infrastructure. The agency still decides what growth, market, pace, and long-term direction make sense for its business.

Choice

Support should not quietly become control.

The purpose of infrastructure is to create capacity, not to erase the independence the agency was trying to achieve.

Mobility

The relationship should not depend on making departure unnecessarily painful.

Carrier procedures, contractual obligations, compliance responsibilities, servicing arrangements, and other legitimate requirements may still apply. The philosophy is simple: value should be the reason an agency stays.

Our goal is to build relationships agencies choose to stay in, not relationships they are afraid to leave.

Agency Direction

Growth should be supported, not imposed.

Integritas can provide mentoring, training, case strategy, operational infrastructure, recruiting support, technology, and resources that help an agency grow.

But growth should remain connected to the agency’s own objectives.

We want to help agencies grow because they want to grow, not because their independence depends on hitting someone else’s number.

Ownership & Identity

The platform belongs to Integritas.
The customer-facing business
belongs to the agency.

The point of the General Agency relationship is not to erase the agency underneath it.

Subject to actual agreements, carrier requirements, regulatory obligations, and servicing arrangements, Integritas is designed to sit behind the independent business rather than replace the name on the door.

Agency brand

The customer-facing name, language, and presence should remain the agency’s, subject to agreements and carrier requirements.

Client relationships

The people who chose the agency should continue to know who they are working with.

Book of business

Contractual book interests, renewals, and servicing rights should be defined in the actual relationship, not left implied.

Market identity

An independent firm should be able to occupy the market it is actually trying to serve.

Agency direction

Support can inform the work. It should not quietly replace the agency’s own judgment about what to build.

Economic participation

The people who built the business should remain economically meaningful in it.

Long-term agency value

Infrastructure should increase the durability of the firm, not transfer that value away from the people who created it.

Infrastructure should make the agency stronger, not make the agency disappear.

The Infrastructure

Build the agency. We help build
what needs to sit behind it.

A serious independent agency needs more than access to products. It needs coordinated support behind the business.

Case work

Case Strategy & Policy Design

Complex cases need design work that sits behind the producer: product selection, structure, and the reasoning a case actually requires.

Carrier Access & Placement

Placement is not just a product list. It is knowing where a case can be placed and what that process will require.

Underwriting & Case Management

Serious cases move through requirements, evidence, and carrier process. That work should be coordinated rather than improvised.

Operations

Licensing & Contracting

Licensing and contracting are standing operational work, not an afterthought when a case is already in motion.

Operational Support

Independent firms still need the practical machinery of a business: process, coordination, and the work that does not appear in front of the client.

Policy Servicing

Placement is not the end of the relationship. Policies have to be served after they are issued.

Compliance Infrastructure

Documentation, supervision, and carrier requirements belong in operations, not in cleanup after the sale.

Enablement

CRM & Technology

Technology should support the work of the agency rather than become another system the owner has to invent alone.

Training & Development

Support can include training that helps producers and agencies do more complete work, without replacing their judgment about what they are building.

Partner Resources

Independent firms sometimes need access to specialists, partners, and supporting relationships they should not have to assemble from scratch.

You sell, advise, lead, and build. We help support the infrastructure behind it.

What Integritas Means

Integrity should show up in the structure,
not just the marketing.

Integrity

Represent current capabilities, economics, limitations, and expectations accurately.

Transparency

Explain relationships, compensation, responsibilities, constraints, and tradeoffs clearly.

Independence

Do not confuse support with ownership.

Compliance

Make documentation, supervision, licensing, and carrier requirements part of operations rather than cleanup after a sale.

Service

Remain engaged after placement.

Long-term relationships

Build the relationship around value that compounds over time rather than pressure that disappears after production.

What is promised should be what can be delivered.

Why the Back Office Matters

Supporting the agent
ultimately supports the client.

When an agent spends less time fighting systems, chasing requirements, interpreting carrier processes, or building administrative infrastructure from scratch, more attention can stay where it belongs.

The Client

More of the agent’s attention can remain with the person or organization being advised.

The Case

Requirements, carrier process, and implementation details can be handled with more care when the back office is not being invented in real time.

The Design

Policy design improves when there is time to think, not only time to react.

The Long-Term Relationship

Servicing and communication continue after placement. Infrastructure should make that continuation possible.

Better infrastructure should create more capacity for thoughtful planning, cleaner implementation, stronger servicing, and better communication.

The back office should make the front-line work better.

How Integritas Serves

One institution. Three ways we serve.

The foundation of Integritas.

Different relationships. One standard for how the work should be done.

Long-Term Direction

Build the infrastructure independent firms
usually have to create alone.

Integritas is being built toward a broader operating platform for independent agents and agencies.

As the organization grows, that may include deeper technology, servicing capability, compliance support, agency operations, case expertise, education, partner resources, and other infrastructure that can help independent firms operate at a higher level.

These are directions being developed. They are not a live inventory of everything that is fully operational today.

Technology & workflow

Deeper systems that help independent firms operate with more coordination.

Policy servicing

Stronger servicing capability as the organization grows.

Compliance support

More complete operational support around documentation, supervision, and carrier requirements.

Case expertise

Deeper case support as the firm builds specialist capacity.

Agency operations

Broader operational infrastructure independent firms usually have to create alone.

Training

Education and development that can scale with the agencies Integritas serves.

Partner resources

A wider set of supporting relationships as the platform matures.

Deeper institutional capabilities

Stronger capacity for the business and institutional work Integritas already serves.

The goal is not to build a larger captive system. It is to build stronger infrastructure for independent businesses.

The Name

Integritas begins with integrity, but it means
more than a word on the wall.

The Latin idea behind Integritas begins with integrity. It also carries wholeness, completeness, and soundness of character. The concept is about whether what is said and what is done belong to the same whole.

That standard belongs in financial products, education, services, and professional relationships. Trust compounds when those things remain aligned over time.

The name is a standard we intend to operate under.

The institution is built by people.

Leadership, operations, case support, professional relationships, and execution are what turn the philosophy into an operating company.

Build a company people
choose to stay with.

We believe the strongest relationships are not created by making departure difficult.

They are created by providing enough value, trust, support, and alignment that independent businesses continue choosing the relationship.

That is the kind of General Agency Integritas is being built to become.
