We do not require every sub-agency to market the same way, present the same way, or approach insurance design through a single philosophy. Agencies should be able to develop their own methods and client experience, provided the work remains ethical, transparent, compliant, and consistent with applicable carrier, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
The client relationship stays with the sub-agency.
If a sub-agency leaves Integritas, the clients and client relationships it developed remain with that sub-agency to continue serving, subject to the applicable agreements, carrier requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Your contractual interest is vested from the start.
The sub-agency’s contractual interest in business it originates is fully vested from origination, subject to the applicable carrier and agency agreements. Compensation, including renewals and any General Agency override or support allocation, continues according to the agreed compensation schedule.

Integritas is here to expand what an independent agency can do, not to absorb its identity, dictate its brand, or take ownership of the business it is building.
*Where Integritas has regulatory, carrier, compliance, or supervisory obligations, those responsibilities continue to apply. Independence does not override applicable contractual or regulatory requirements.
